1. What you're purchasing

Indie Pub Hub 2.0 (the "Template") is a Notion-based writing system consisting of an interconnected set of databases, pages, properties, views, relations, and written guidance.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Template under the terms below. It does not transfer ownership of the Template to you. The Template is licensed, not sold.

2. What you're allowed to do

Under a single-user license, you may:

• Duplicate the Template into your own Notion workspace.
• Use it for unlimited personal writing projects, indefinitely.
• Modify, customize, restructure, extend, or delete any part of it to suit your needs.
• Use it for commercial writing work — the books, essays, and creative work you produce using the Template are yours, and you keep all revenue from them.

3. What you're not allowed to do

You may not:

• Share, distribute, transfer, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the Template or any part of it.
• Share your duplication link, purchase link, or access credentials with anyone else.
• Publish the Template — or any substantial portion of its structure, database architecture, property configurations, or written content — publicly, including on Notion's template gallery, social media, file-sharing sites, or any marketplace.
• Repackage, rebrand, or incorporate the Template (in whole or in substantial part) into any product, template, course, coaching program, or offering you sell or distribute, whether free or paid.
• Use the Template to create a derivative product that competes with it.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, attribution, or branding contained in the Template.
• Use the Template inside a shared, team, or organizational workspace where individuals other than the license holder can access it. (Need multiple seats? Contact me — team licensing is available.)
